Tom von Weise is Director, Sales Desk Manager – Advisor Solutions Group, a role he has held since forming Advisor Connect Team in 2025. He is responsible for delivering model delivery and new advisor relationships. Before this, he was a manager, investor solutions consultant from 2023. where he was responsible for leading the Direct Advice Team and engaging clients with portfolio and investment solutions for retirement. Tom joined Janus as part of the wholesale team in 2010 where he served as an associate director and regional manager, becoming a senior associate director in 2019. Before Janus, he was a regional business consultant at Curian Capital from 2007. Earlier in his career, Tom was a mortgage wholesaler at Greenpoint Financial.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in international tourism from Colorado State University College of Applied Human Sciences. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses, the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. He has 19 years of financial industry experience.
