Tom von Weise is Director, Head of Advisor Connect Team, a role he has held since forming the team in 2025. He is responsible for model delivery and new advisor relationships. Before this, he was the manager of the Direct Advice team for three years, where he was responsible for leading the team and engaging clients with portfolio and investment solutions for retirement. Tom joined Janus as part of the wholesale team in 2010 where he served as a senior associate director and regional manager. Before Janus, he was a regional business consultant at Curian Capital.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University College of Applied Human Sciences. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses, the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. He has 19 years of financial industry experience.
