Head of Public Affairs and Responsibility Change
Nathan Fox is Head of Public Affairs and Responsibility Change at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2026. In this role, he leads the firm’s global public policy and regulatory affairs function, engaging with policymakers, and regulators. Additionally, he leads the global sustainability regulatory change capability, delivering a coordinated programme to implement relevant regulations across corporate sustainability and sustainable investing. Nathan joined the firm in 2023 as a project manager before transitioning to his current role. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior consultant at Accenture from 2021 and a senior business consultant at BearingPoint from 2019. Earlier, he was an associate at PwC from 2017.
Nathan received a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons) from Newcastle University and a PGCert in mechanics of regulatory risk reporting from the International Faculty of Finance. He has 9 years of financial industry experience.
