London – Janus Henderson announces the appointment of Cassie Herlihy who joins the firm today as a portfolio manager on the UK Small Cap Equities team, led by Indri van Hien. Based in London, Cassie will be named on all of the firm’s UK Small Cap Equity portfolios and report to Indri.
Cassie was previously at Gresham House where she was part of an investment team managing multiple portfolios focussed exclusively on UK Small Caps. She co-managed a UK smaller companies fund where she built a strong investment track record consistently delivering results ahead of peers. Prior to that she held investment banking roles at both Citi and Investec. She holds an MSc in the Psychology of Economic Life from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
