The Secured Loans Strategy is a conservative strategy run by a long-established  specialist loans team who apply an active investment approach focusing on bottom-up credit selection. With a medium to long-term horizon and a focus on larger and more liquid loans, the team conducts rigorous fundamental analysis of each issuer, seeking to identify defensive businesses with strong downside resilience, not only to add value but also to avoid losses by minimising defaults in the portfolio.
