Martin Leitgeb, CFA

Martin Leitgeb is a Research Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors. He is a member of the Central Research Team focused on the financials sector. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he held several roles at Goldman Sachs from 2011, most recently as equity research analyst and executive director, European banks, global investment research from 2013. Before that, Martin was a deputy director for institutional domestic real estate finance transactions at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) from 2010. He held various roles at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (formerly Hypo Real Estate Group) from 2002, most recently as senior associate, commercial real estate underwriting in London from 2006.

Martin has a master’s in civil engineering from the University of Innsbruck and an MBA from INSEAD. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 21 years of financial industry experience.
