Matthew Murphy

Matthew Murphy is a Client Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2026. He joined the firm as a product specialist in 2019, became head of North America product specialists in 2023 and head of product specialists in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he held various positions at Jackson National Life Distributors from 2009, most recently as assistant vice president, where he was responsible for relationship management, investment platform management, sales and marketing, and training and education for sub-advised mandates. Before Jackson National Life, he was with Welton Street Investments, LLC from 2007.

Matthew received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He holds a FINRA Series 7 securities license and has 19 years of financial industry experience.
