Pat Sanderson

Pat Sanderson is Head of UK Client Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he heads intermediary and institutional distribution and consultant relations across the UK and is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the UK client group. Pat joined the firm in 2024 from Ninety One where he was head of business development, UK from 2022. Before that, he worked at Royal Bank of Canada, in charge of sales, relationship management and proposal management for their Investor & Treasury Services business for the UK and Ireland from 2017. Prior to that, he held investor services sales roles at JP Morgan and Citibank. Pat began his career in the financial business in the Asset & Liability Management Group at Deutsche Bank in 2012. Previously, he was a professional rugby player for 15 years, in which he Captained England and subsequently took up roles at Sky TV and ESPN as a television presenter and pundit for their Rugby coverage.
