The General Data Protection Regulation
The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) came into force on 25 May 2016. It is fully enforceable on 25 May 2018. The regulation will harmonise the data protection regulations of EU member states and ensure the transparent processing of personal data.
The use of the personal data you provide to us is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Janus Henderson’s Privacy Policy.
