Larry Cohen

Larry Cohen is Chief Transformation & Operating Officer at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2025. He oversees operations, enterprise transformation, and business change management. He is also a member of the Janus Henderson Executive Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Larry held global head of technology and operations roles at Lazard Asset Management from 2022 and AllianceBernstein from 2004. Before that, he served in managing director roles at UBS from 2002, Goldman Sachs from 1999, and Deutsche Bank from 1997. Earlier he was vice president at Fidelity Investments, global head of technology at Morgan Stanley Asset Management, and application development manager at First Boston Corporation. He began his career in financial services as systems officer at State Street in 1983 after consulting at Arthur Young & Co. and IBM’s Thomas Watson Research Center.

Larry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in engineering and applied sciences from Harvard University. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Gift of Life International and has been recognised for his commitment to community service by the New York State Assembly and Rotary International. He has 40 years of financial industry experience.
