Skills and Experience
A qualified chartered accountant, Gaynor has over 30 years of experience in private and public sector finance and governance. She was previously the Chairman of The Wave Group Ltd, Director of Public Programmes at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, Managing Director of the Eden Project in Cornwall, and Director of Finance at Plymouth University.

External Appointments
Gaynor is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Asia Dragon Trust plc, Foresight Enterprise VCT plc and the Secured Income Fund plc. She is also a partner in Coley Hill Consultancy.
