Charlotte behaalde haar Bachelor of Arts-graad (Hons) in geschiedenis aan de Universiteit van Newcastle. Ze zit in de EMEA-adviesraad Genderdiversiteit van Janus Henderson. Ze heeft het Investment Management Certificate (IMC) en het CISI Level 7 Diploma in Wealth Management en heeft 11 jaar ervaring in de financiële sector.
