John Uricchio, AIF®, CRPS®, iC(k)P®

John Uricchio is a Director, Defined Contribution Specialist, northeast division, with the Specialist Consulting Group at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held since 2025. In this role, John collaborates with defined contribution (DC) advisors and industry influencers to enhance retirement plans and offer investment solutions, thought leadership, and insights to support advisors with their client portfolios. Before Janus Henderson, he was eastern divisional sales & business development director with Victory Capital Management from 2020. Prior to that, John was eastern divisional sales & business development director with Russell Investments starting from 2017. He held multiple leadership roles with Voya Financial and its predecessor companies starting in 1991, most recently as managing director, senior vice president, head of retirement investment.

John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from the University of Connecticut. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®), and the Institutional Certified 401(k) Professional (iC(k) ®) designations as well as FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. He has 35 years of financial industry experience.
