Overview

The Energize for Purpose program translates the principles of “elite performance” from sports to business management. Based on 30 years of research by the Human Performance Institute, this workshop provides actionable tools you can use to stay focused on what matters most, including a personalized plan to replenish and sustain your energy for a life of purpose, engagement and peak performance.

Just being present in the moment is not enough. To achieve peak performance, you need the energy to be fully engaged in the moments that matter most. Participate in the Energize for Purpose program and you’ll have a plan for unlocking more and better energy reserves, staying engaged and achieving peak results, both professionally and personally.
