Our UK Small-Cap strategy aims to provide capital growth by investing primarily in smaller companies.
Our UK Small-Cap strategy is led by Neil Hermon. Neil adopts a bottom-up approach to small-cap investing grounded both in fundamental analysis, which aims to gain a clear understanding of individual companies and their markets, and also in a strong valuation discipline that encompasses a wide range of valuation techniques. The flexible and pragmatic investment process means that the strategy is free of style constraints and is capable of achieving outperformance in a variety of market conditions.
